摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent lamp and a lighting device using the same stabilized intensity of a lighting device with less change of amount of light entered into the lighting device if a translucent air tightness container turns in non-desirably within an allowable range. SOLUTION: An aperture having a serpentine portion formed in a translucent airtightness container extending in the axial direction of the translucent airtight container. The aperture is formed in a shape for connecting a horseshoe portion, hyperbolic portion, a sinusoidal portion, and a mountain shaped portion or the like together in turn. Furthermore, the width of the aperture is preferably from 1/8 to 6/8 of the internal diameter of the translucent airtight container. The serpentine portion is preferably within 180 degrees against the center of cross sectional face of the translucent airtight container. The pitch of the serpentine portion is preferably from 1 to 25 mm. An aperture formed in the translucent airtight container is provided extending in the axial direction of the translucent airtight container having the serpentine portion.
