PROCESS FOR PRODUCING ANTIBACTERIAL AGENT ORIGINATING IN TEAR GRASS

摘要

Attempts are made to provide an antibacterial agent originating in tear grass which has an excellent antibacterial effect, has little bitterness and is scarcely colored. It is found out that the above object can be achieved by adding water to tear grass and aging optionally followed by heating and/or extraction.
