PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair cosmetic capable of suppressing dry or rough feeling of the hair and imparting pliability, flexibility and elasticity to the hair. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic is characterized by including (a) trehalose undecylenate and (b) nonvolatile silicones.
