PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the efficiency of heat storage into a skeleton and contribute to the averaging of an electric power load. SOLUTION: A skeleton heat storage air-conditioning system is provided with a slab 1 having a deck plate 20, a heat storage duct 13 fixed in a direction orthogonal to projected parts 20a below the deck plate, a guide member 23 fixed to the projected part below the deck plate in parallel to the same, a plurality of air passages 24 formed between the guide member and the grooves 20b of the deck plate, and air outlet ports 13a formed on the heat storage duct so as to be opposed to the air passages.
