PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid sampling method and a device capable of dispensing with works required in a conventional technology when executing average sampling of the whole liquid, and to realize easily highly accurate sampling. SOLUTION: When a sample is collected from stored liquid, a sampling valve for guiding the liquid in a pipe to the outside of the pipe is installed on the pipe between first and second pipes, and while the liquid stored in the first tank is transferred to the second tank through the pipe, the sampling valve is opened in multiple times at a prescribed cycle to collect the liquid, and the collected liquid is used as the sample.
