FLUIDIZED BED REFUSE INCINERATOR HAVING REFUSE DRYING FUNCTION, AND REFUSE INCINERATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluidized bed refuse incinerator having a refuse drying function and a refuse incineration method wherein refuse thrown into the fluidized bed refuse incinerator can be dried by bringing the refuse into direct contact with combustion gas, and machine corrosion by waste gas is eliminated. SOLUTION: A fluidized bed refuse incinerator having a refuse drying function and a fluidized bed incinerator is provided, which includes in the fluidized bed incinerator a refuse hopper that is integral with a free board with its upper portion which has no partition with the free board and constitutes part of the free board, a refuse feeding apparatus disposed at an upper portion of the hopper, and a refuse feeding apparatus provided on a bottom of the hopper for continuously feeding refuse in the hopper to a fluidized bed section. A fluidized bed refuse incineration method having a refuse drying function is adapted such that in the incinerators, refuse is directly thrown into the refuse hopper that is integral with the free board with its upper portion which has no partition with the free board and constitutes part of the free board, and is dried with heat in the free board.
