PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a small turning circle at the levee edge between paddy fields to be lightly and smoothly performed and easily bring a machine body to a stop during traveling. SOLUTION: A riding-type paddy field working machine is provided with an automatic turning operation mechanism 106, which transfers traveling power to steerable right end left front wheels 1 and unsteerable right end left rear wheels 2 and limits the drive for the wheel 2 on the inner side of the turning when the wheels 1 are steered at a preset standard angle or greater. A main clutch 50 and a main brake 30 are operated by the depression of a single pedal 25. Settings are made in such a manner as to allow the braking operation of the brake 30 to be started by depressing the pedal 25 beyond a declutching position.
