PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin laminated film excellent in stiffness strength and impact resistance. SOLUTION: In the resin laminated film constituted of a laminate consisting of at least three or more resin layers, the laminate has a sandwich structure wherein three adjacent layers consist of one intermediate layer (b) and two surface material layers (a), (c) holding the intermediate layer (b) between them and the elastic modulus of the same or different resins in kind used in the surface material layers (a), (c) holding the intermediate layer (b) between them is made larger than that of the resin used in the intermediate layer (b).
