PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transferring apparatus in which a seat back part is easily attachable and detachable, so that the apparatus is openable in the rear of a user to facilitate the getting-on and-off of the user. SOLUTION: This transferring apparatus 1 has a base part 2 having moving wheels 21, a pair of right and left side frame parts 3, and an attachably and detachably arranged seat part 4 and seat back part 5. The seat back part 5 has a back-supportable body part 50 and an insert bar 53 protruded from both lateral ends of the body part 50. A pair of back raised parts 34 for supporting the seat back part 5 is provided in the rear of the side frame parts 3. This back raised part 34 has a cutout part 341 to be engaged with the insert bar 53. The seat back part 5 is provided attachably and detachably from the rear of the back raised part 34.
