PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless base station connected to a conventional digital channel such as an ISDN channel that can maintain a wireless slot transmission/ reception position decided by a resident processing with high accuracy even when the channel is momentarily interrupted. SOLUTION: On the occurrence of momentary interruption on a terminal U interconnecting the wireless base station 190 and an exchange, a DSU section 11 inputs a frame synchronizing signal 3A to a timing signal generating section 15. The timing signal generating section 15 gives this frame synchronizing signal 3A to a DPLL 35a, which generates a timing signal synchronized by the frame synchronizing signal 3A. Furthermore, resetting a frequency divider 35b by this timing signal generates a wireless frame signal 3 and outputs it. Thus, even after the momentary interruption, the wireless frame signal 3 is synchronized by the frame synchronizing signal 3A. Thus, even on the occurrence of momentary interruption on the terminal U, the wireless frame signal 3 can be synchronized by the terminal U frame synchronizing signal with the same phase again.
