SOLUTION: In the high-sensitivity immune analysis container where a hydrophilic macromolecule having a functional group is grafted to a base part that comes into contact with at least the reagent solution of a container, or the functional group and the hydrophilic macromolecule is grafted to the base part that comes into contact with at least the reagent solution of the container, and the contact angle with water of the base part in contact with at least the reagent solution is equal to or less than 1 degree, the functional group can be combined with at least one of peptide, protein, and oxygen.
