PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind-type shutter apparatus which includes a plurality of slats forming a shutter curtain, the slats changing their position from a daylighting position to a closed position or vice versa, wherein the slats carry out their opening/closing operation while maintaining the daylighting position. SOLUTION: A frontward protruding second link piece 10d is formed at each of link members 10 which are fitted on both right and left edges of each slat main body 9, and upper and lower pivotal connecting portions 10e, 10f are formed at the second link piece 10d so as to be frontward and rearward deviated from each other. Then, first links 4 for being linked to the adjacent upper and lower slats 3 are linked to the respective pivotal connecting portions. The slat main body 9 assumes the daylighting position in which a lower end thereof frontward protrudes during the opening/closing operation, whereas it changes its position to the closed position as an undermost end of the shutter curtain is grounded.
