PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic device which can accept the necessity of an excessive wound sheet layer. SOLUTION: This magnetic device is composed of a magnetic core and a wound structure positioned near the core and the wound structure is composed of a multilayered main circuit board having a first group of mutually connected wound layers, a multilayered overlay substrate having a second group of mutually connected wound structures arranged near the main circuit board, and conductors which connect the first group of wound layers to the second group of wound layers. The first and second groups of wound layers function as the windings of this magnetic device.
