PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve comfortableness on a vehicle by detecting the abnormal vibration of a vehicle body early, and preventing continuation and divergence of the abnormal vibration. SOLUTION: This rolling damping system is provided with a monitoring part 15 for monitoring a vehicle acceleration signal, and a monitoring part 16 for monitoring a damper speed signal. When either of the vehicle acceleration signal or the damper speed signal exceeds a threshold preset to each signal, a damping force regulating valve 9 is controlled to be in a passive state.
