PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire installation information of an imaging element from a captured image, to perform proper image processing without requiring a complicated work such as making a test vehicle run.SOLUTION: In processing an image captured by an image capturing unit 10 which captures an image periodically by means of an imaging element including an ITV camera, a vanishing point calculation unit 11 acquires vanishing point coordinate information from a reduction rate of a distance in a linear extension direction of parallel lines formed of an approximate straight line extracted from left and right white lines of a road in the captured image. A camera information measurement unit 13 obtains installation information, such as deviation or depression angle of the imaging element, on the basis of the acquired vanishing point coordinate information. |
