PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road pavement restoration method using a heated pavement material, which dispenses with complicated temperature control, restricts the generation of waste materials as much as possible even in the case of small scale restoration, and assures an excellent quality of the heated pavement material usable as a material for the restoration material while securing proper constructibility in the work site.SOLUTION: A road pavement restoration method includes steps of: subdividing and packaging a heated pavement material which is a heated asphalt mixture produced in an asphalt plant 1 in sealable containers and storing them at normal temperature in a hermetically sealed state; re-heating the heated pavement material in the state packaged in the containers; and taking out the re-heated heated pavement material from the containers, and leveling, rolling, and compacting this material on a restoration place on a pavement surface. |
