PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for a user to select a desired channel each time and to enable the user to view a constituted program whenever the user likes by video-recording it. SOLUTION: The device of this invention is equipped with a My-Channel- Program order determination part 105 which rearranges the pieces of program information including scored taste keywords of the user according to the broadcasting time and a My-Channel setting part 106 which checks whether the broadcasting time of the rearranged programs overlaps and selects a program having high evaluation points given by a program retrieval result evaluation part 103 when the program broadcasting time overlaps.
