HYDROCARBON GRADE FUEL FROM BIOMASS MIXTURE

Freshly picked plant material of Halopetalea Integrifolia is suspended in water containing Citric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Aluminium Silicate, Zinc Sulphate and Copper Sulphate. This mixture is allowed to stand for about seventy-two hours. An extract from the leaves of Albizzia Lebeck belonging to Mimosoideae family is then added to the above mixture and the liquid is heated to boil. On cooling, the biomass liquid separates into a supernatant oily layer and an aqueous layer. Biomass residue found at the bottom of the vessel is rejected, and the supernatant oil is separated from the aqueous layer.
