PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a diffusion that an output per unit area is low in order to make a total area of a an opening in a dash board, etc., small in a heating- or air-conditioning-device. SOLUTION: This heating- and/or air-conditioning-device is provided with a deforest exit 6 having a defrost opening adjacent to a window 2; an air diffusion element 4 in which an output per unit surface area is low; and an air distribution element 20. The air distribution element 20 has at least two following positions, i.e., a first position where the air distribution element 20 blocks the air diffusion element 4 and ensures a defrosting of the window 2; and a second position where an output per unit surface area through a defrost area 6 corresponds to a diffusion of a low output per unit surface area, thereby the defrost area 6 and the air diffusion element 4 carry out an air diffusion of a low output per unit surface area and the air distribution element 20 partially blocks the defrost area 6 such that an air flows as a mixed flow.
