PURPOSE: A fuzz adhering tape and a manufacturing machine thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing procedures and improve productivity by winding sheets from the paper tube and tape sheet at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A fuzz adhering tape manufacturing machine comprise: a fixed shaft(2) fixed to a main frame(1); a driving belt(6) rotating by a driving roller(3); a roller frame(7) for supporting the driving roller and the driving belt guide, and which is arranged to form a predetermined angle with respect to the fixed shaft; a roll support having many pins for supporting many rolls(8) for winding sheets from a paper tube(5); and a cutter. A tape sheet roll(13) is supported by pins arranged at the roll support, in such a manner that a tape sheet(12) is wound onto the paper tube in a spiral shape. A packing paper roll(18) is supported by pins formed at the roll support, in such a manner that a packing paper(16) is wound onto the tape sheet in a spiral shape. The driving belt and the roller frame are arranged at the portion where the winding of packing paper ends.
