PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent circulation from being stagnated in the middle due to the defectiveness of circulation destination information in a facsimile machine equipped with a circulation transferring function for transferring the same picture information to a plurality of facsimile machine. SOLUTION: A facsimile machine FAX1 at the origin of circulation receives registered circulation destination information from a facsimile machine FAX2, FAX3, and FAX4, and confirms the circulation destination information for preliminarily capturing and correcting the defectiveness of the circulation destination information. Thus, it is possible to smoothly realize document circulation.
