<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize of a computer, and to shorten a processing time since an inquiry until the start of actual manufacturing, and to reduce the maintenance load of a database. SOLUTION: This processor is provided with a table group in which tables for registering plural known manufacturing processes and manufacturing conditions and the range of performance and quality guaranteed by each are grouped for every product specification. Then, performance and quality requested at the time of receiving an order is compared with the registered range of performance and quality in the order of the tables in the group with the same specification as the specification of the ordered product and the tables in the group with another specification so that whether or not any manufacturing process or manufacturing condition fulfilling the requested performance and quality is present in the table group can be judged. When it is judged that any manufacturing process or manufacturing condition fulfilling the performance or quality requested at the time of receiving an order is not present in the table group, the manufacturing process and the manufacturing condition fulfilling the request and the table for registering the range of the performance and quality guaranteed by each are prepared and registered.</p> |
