PURPOSE: The cellular phone adapter is provided to achieve a user convenience by minimizing a size with specially designing of internal circuit and external figure. CONSTITUTION: The cellular phone adapter comprises a plug(320) to input exterior power source, a transformer(311) to decrease exterior power source to be input from the plug(320), a rectification circuit(312) for rectification of decreased power source at the transformer(311), a smoothing circuit(313) to transfer to power source of DC component to remove ripple component included in the rectified power source from the rectification circuit(312), a stabilizing circuit(314) to stabilize with prevention against changing power source of DC component to be input from the smoothing circuit(313), an external sensing circuit(317) to understand power source input characteristic of a charging battery to control power source input of the charging battery for cell phone, a voltage control circuit(315) to input to the charging battery after controlling DC power source from the stabilizing circuit(314) according to the characteristic of the charging battery to be understood in the external sensing circuit(317), a power source compensation circuit(316) to compensate leakage of power source to be able to generate in each other parts, and a multiple contactor(330) to input output power source to be input from the voltage control circuit(315) to the charging battery for cell phone.
