PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for bidding which readily obtain a pattern of the optimal parts purchase, by not fixing parts characteristics specifications so as to increase the number of degrees of freedom of parts selection. SOLUTION: Bidden parts information is collected from part vendors, by a parts ordering device 2 connected to a network such as the Internet, and a combination of parts which satisfies a reference value of device characteristics is specified by a device characteristics simulator 4 satisfying bidden parts information and device design information, and the specified combination is evaluated by a negotiation device 6 to determine parts to be ordered. |
