PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application information collecting method and its collection system that can save troubles for both the applicants and planners for collection of application information, in response to questionnaires or the like. SOLUTION: A basic information DB 7 registers basic information (name, date of birth or the like) of applicants in advance. An application scenario is generated on the basis of planning information of a client and set to an access point 11. The contents of application are open to public through mass media. When applicants make a phone application, application information is received sequentially using the guide of a voice guidance, on the basis of the application scenario and a planning information DB 8 stores application data, resulting from summing the received application information and the basic information of the applicants in the basic information DB (8). Then the application data are read, totaled, and edited at the end of the application and the resulting data are transmitted to the client. |
