PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a veliable image forming device capable of adjusting an image mode without lowering its productivity. SOLUTION: After adjusting a voltage applied on a primary charger 4 and required to obtain a VDtx, a value obtained by multiplying it by α (≈β) is applied, and then, a VDph can be formed on a photoreceptor drum in a shape comparatively similar a target dark part potential, and also, after adjusting a voltage applied on an original illuminating lamp and which is required to obtain a VLTX from the VDtx, a value obtained by multiplying it by γ (≈δ) is applied, then, a VLph as the VDph is formed on the photoreceptor drum 2 in a shape comparatively similar to the target bright part potential, then, only the arithmetic operation of proportional constant is required for the photographing mode adjustment, then, it hardly requires time, and then, the tonal potential control (image control mode) is reduced by half as compared with that in a conventional practice. |
