PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement wiring method that can easily obtain cell arrangement and wiring where the usage efficiency of chip area is high, and at the same time only a small amount of crosstalk noise is generated. SOLUTION: This arrangement wiring method includes an N times process that puts wiring 3a that can easily generate crosstalk on a wiring grid 1b with N times intervals (N>=2), and a normal process that puts wiring 3b other than the wiring 3a that can easily generate crosstalk on a wiring grid 1a with normal intervals.
