PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a blade which is high in linearity at its top end and is easy in mounting. SOLUTION: A base body 90 of a blade 54 is provided with a base part 92 on one end side in a transverse direction and is formed with perforated parts 96 in an intermediate part of the transverse direction. The perforated parts are pierced with many pores at specified intervals along the longitudinal direction of the base body and the base body is made liable to bend at these perforated parts. The base body is formed with a blade part 102 by covering the perforated parts and the front end with a rubber-like elastic member 100. The rubber-like elastic member prevents the passage of air or the like through the base body when the front end of the blade part is brought into sliding contact with the peripheral surface of the roller by closing the pores. The front end of the blade part is adapted to make it possible to obtain desired linearity and to come into tight contact with the peripheral surface of the roller, etc.
