PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyolefin resin compositions which do not generate a corrosive or toxic gas upon fabrication and combustion and possess both excellent flame retardance and mechanical properties, and contain no halogen. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polyolefin resin compositions are obtained by incorporating an amine salt of an acid phosphoric ester having a specific structure and a melamine salt or an ammonium salt of (poly)phosphoric acid into a polyolefin resin.
