PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which causes no jamming when it is printed by a printer. SOLUTION: The packaging bag is to be printed by a printer on the surface thereof. Two sheet-like members are bonded to each other throughout their entire circumferences, and a bag part is defined inside the bonded sheet-like members. A slit which is formed at a position a little spaced from an upper edge of one of the sheet-like members and whose width is shorter than the entire width of the sheet-like member is used as an opening of the pag part. Thereby the opening of the packaging bag is not positioned at a transfer starting end portion, so that the intake of the packaging bag into a feed roller can be smoothly performed. Further, even in the case where the packaging bag is curved, the periphery of the opening is reinforced because the opening is not defined throughout the entire width of the sheet-like member, and this enables the opening not to be easily expanded during transfer, thus preventing the packaging bag from being jammed when it is printed by the printer.
