PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal device and an electronic apparatus preventing a coarse feel of pictures. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal device comprises a liquid crystal 40 held between a pair of substrates 2, 32, electrodes 8, 38 respectively formed on the surfaces placed opposite to each other of the respective substrates 2, 32 and a plurality of display pixels 60 mutually separated and formed by the overlapping parts of the electrodes 8, 38 on the respective substrates in the substrate surfaces direction. Reflection layers 4 composed of metal films are formed on the substrate side of the electrode on the substrate 2 out of the substrates. A plurality of linear opening parts 4a to transmit light from the reflection layer 4 side to the other substrate 32 side are provided on the reflection layers 4 inside the individual pixels 60. |
