PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card clock resetting the time data of electronic equipment having a card slot and provide electronic equipment resetting the time data with the card clock. SOLUTION: A clock circuit 71 of the card clock is composed of a CPU 81 to which a quarts oscillator 82, a memory 83, a liquid crystal display 73, a city name setting switch 74, and the like are connected. A time differential table showing a city name and a time differential to universal time is stored in the memory 83. The CPU 81 counts the reference clock of the quarts oscillator 82, and time data (year, month, date, hour, minute, second) is formed in a time counter 81a. When a desirable city name is selected with the city name setting switch 74, the CPU 81 converts the time of the time counter 81a into the present time of its city by referring to the time differential table and displays on the liquid crystal display 73. A unit in which when the time data of the card clock is received, the time data of the clock circuit housed on the inside is reset with the time data inputted from the card clock is installed in the electronic equipment. |
