PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration absorbing body excellent in both rigidity and strength while excellent in vibration absorbing property. SOLUTION: A double floor 3 comprises a floor panel 5, a floor ground G, and a support leg 7. The support leg 7 comprises an upper pedestal 9, an upper column 11, a vibration absorbing body 1, a lower column 13 and a lower pedestal 15. A corner portion of the floor panel 5 is placed on the upper pedestal 9. The lower pedestal 15 is placed on the floor ground G. The lower column 13 is erected from the lower pedestal 15. The lower column 13 is a cylinder opened upward, and the vibration absorbing body 1 is fitted therein. The vibration absorbing body 1 is a cylinder opened upward, and the upper column 11 suspended from the upper pedestal 9 is fitted inside. The vibration absorbing body 1 comprises a body and a damping material. The body is formed of a metal, and has a small space. This small space is filled by a damping material formed of a polymer.
