PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling device for a seal stuck to a plastic molded article, capable of easily peeling the seal in a short time regardless of the kind of adhesives and regardless of the size of the seal. SOLUTION: The peeling device recycles a plastic molded article such as a case or a cover stuck with various seals. Particles are injected to the front surface of the seal by shot blasting at a high speed to apply distortion to the seal. Therefore, the seal is peeled from the plastic molded article, and the plastic product and the seal are separated from each other.
