After a metal plate on which a photoelectric effect is generated by photons from a planet or a fixed star is coated to prevent oxidation, the metal plate is connected to one side of an electric condenser and the other side of the electric condenser is grounded. The metal plate is charged with an anode by the photoelectric effect. Positive charges are accumulated on one side of the electric condenser which is connected to the metal plate. Negative charges are accumulated on the other side of the electric condenser which is grounded because the other side of the electric condenser relatively becomes a cathode. The charges are more quickly accumulated on the electric condenser and a charge quantity is increased as the metal plate becomes wider. The elasticity of the metal or a rotator is used when the charges are accumulated. More efficiently, energy is obtained by discharging the electric condenser by using an electromagnetic induction phenomenon with a spark gap. |
