PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for applying a flux efficiently on the surface of a member for brazing, a brazing method using the method for applying the flux, and a method for producing a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: In the method for applying the flux, after the member 1 being heated, a mixed solution 2 containing the flux is adhered to the member, the liquid component of the mixed solution is vaporized by the heat of the heated member.
