PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil printer for preventing an unevenness of printing densities at a center and an edge side of a printing area of a plate cylinder. SOLUTION: The stencil printer comprises a cylindrical plate cylinder (1) having an ink passable peripheral wall, an inner roller (4) disposed in the cylinder to supply an ink to an inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall, and an outer roller (6) disposed out of the cylinder oppositely to the inner roller. Thus, a platemade stencil paper is wound on the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall, the cylinder is rotated around a central axis of itself, a printing sheet (p) to be conveyed synchronously with the rotation of the cylinder is interposed between the cylinder and the outer roller, and the ink is transferred to the sheet. In this case, a gap of 0.9 mm or less or preferably 0.3 mm or less is provided between the inner roller and the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall, and a diameter of the outer roller is set larger than that of the inner roller.
