<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device and an array substrate which can dissolve the occurrence of residue of a contact hole, reduce display unevenness and improve productivity. SOLUTION: The array substrate has a switching element, a insulating layer formed on the switching element and a pixel electrode formed on the insulating layer, in the shape of an array. The contact hole for electrically connecting the terminal of the switching element with the pixel electrode is formed on the insulating layer. A corresponding position with the contact hole of the pixel electrode is located from the center of the pixel electrode in a corner, the pixel electrode is disposed in the direction, in which the corresponding position with the contact hole faces the center side of the array in the two sides or the four sides of the array directed opposite to each other.</p> |
