PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl cleaning device having a clear instruction and improved operability. SOLUTION: An announcing means is arranged adjacent to the instruction means for instructing cleaning of a toilet bowl by receiving an operation command to clearly instruct a user to urge operation. Output of a human body detecting sensor and operation of the announcing means are correlated to be transmitted to the user on whether or not the instruction means is in a state capable of receiving the operation command at present to improve the operability of the toilet bowl cleaning device.
