PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electric components and an interior unit for automobile suitable for modularization and maintenance of automobile. SOLUTION: An electric component 130 is insertion mounted into an aperture 121 from a car compartment side (outside) of an interior member 120, and an electric wire connection part 134 of the electric component 130 is electrically connected with an electric wire 110 arranged at a non-car compartment side (inside), masking up an interior unit. Of the electric component 130, a main body 132 and an electric wire connection part 134 are kept separable, so that, when the electric component 130 needs to be exchanged in case of a car equipped with the interior unit, the main body 130 of the electric component is exchanged, as the electric wire connection part 134 connected with the electric wire 110 is left at the non-car compartment side of the interior unit, the operation of separating the electric wire connection part 134 and the main body 132 done from the car compartment side.
