PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform exchange operation and connecting operation to save the cost without using the train for exchange, moreover perform mutual inter- link in the regular operation on the main line and improve, even during the long-term operation, manipulation ability, manipulation accuracy and safe operation in view of recovering and alleviating fatigue of a motorman. SOLUTION: A main manipulation unit 100 including a main manipulation section 120 is provided. This main manipulation section 120 generates a power running notch information depending on the movement of a T-type handle 110 by moving toward the rear direction from the reference position and also generates a brake intensity information depending on the movement of the handle 110 by moving toward the front side. In addition, a main manipulation unit position adjusting mechanism 200 including the holding/moving pipes 211, 212, a position lock 220 and a tilt adjusting mechanism 230 for sliding in the right and left direction in the operation desk and fixing the main manipulation unit 100 is also provided. An information transfer unit 300 is also provided to transfer the operation manipulation information between the operation panel and the main manipulation unit 100.
