PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a PTP sheet wherein on the periphery of a sheet small piece which is cut off by the unit of a pocket section, a roundness without an edge can be applied. SOLUTION: In order to apply a roundness without an edge on the periphery of the sheet small piece, in a punch hole-punching process, respective holes 81, 82 and 83 are punched out on the PTP film 16 using a punch hole-punching device. In the next slit-forming process, respective slits 84 and 85 are formed on the PTP film 16 using a slit-forming device. In addition, in the next sheet- punching process, the PTP film is punched by the unit of a PTP sheet by a sheet-punching device. In this case, in the punch hole-punching process and the slit-forming process, the PTP film 16 is positioned by utilizing the pocket section, and then, respective holes 81 to 83 and the slits 84 and 85 are formed.
