PURPOSE: An unmanned travel guider and a travel counseling method are provided so that a user not only can make a travel consultation with a counselor directly on the web but also can make reservations. CONSTITUTION: A travel counseling server confirms whether applicants for consultation exist in a list of consultation applicants(S1). In case that consultation applicants exist in the list, the server attempts connection with one of them(S2). If the server succeeds in accessing the applicant(S3), the server deletes the connected applicant from the consultation applicant list. If the connection between the applicant and a counselor is made, the server analyzes the applicant's network system(S8). As a result of analysis, in case that audio and data communication is possible, the server acquires and processes the counselor's voice and transmits it to the applicant. And the server receives the applicant's voice and sends it to the counselor(S9). In case that the video and data communication is possible, the server acquires and processes the counselor's image and transmits it to the applicant. Also the server receives and regenerates the applicant's image and displays it to the counselor(S10).
