PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor resistor element where power consumption in a CMOS semiconductor integrated circuit can be reduced in stands by. SOLUTION: When a system shifts to standing by, the application of an input voltage to a temporary storage element from an element except for the temporary storage element is interrupted, the application of an output voltage to the element except for the temporary storage element from the temporary storage element is interrupted and the supply of power to the element except for the temporary storage element is interrupted. As a restoration procedure from standing by to operation, the supply of power to the element except for the temporary storage element which is interrupted at first is restored. Then, the application of the output voltage to the element except for the temporary storage element from the temporary storage element is restored and the application of the input voltage to the temporary storage element from the element except for the temporary storage element is restored. |
