SOLUTION: This device is provided with a first valve body 18 comprising a resin material and formed with a fluid channel 16 circulating fluid, and fluid channel take-out members 12a and 12b formed in substantially cylindrical bodies separate from the first valve body 18 by resin material and screwed inside hole parts 44 of the first valve body 18 via male screw parts 32. Primary sealing parts 52 intersecting axes of the fluid channel take-out members 12a and 12, and secondary sealing parts 5 substantially parallel to the axes are provided in the coupling portion.
