Magnesium alloy contains (in weight %): 10.0-13.0 aluminum, 0.3-1.5 silicon, 0.1-1.0 manganese, and a balance of magnesium and unavoidable impurities. An Independent claim is also included for a material made from the magnesium alloy produced by high pressure casting, in which the alloy in a semi-solid state is injected into a mold.
