PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body momentum display device capable of displaying the effective momentum. SOLUTION: The walking momentum display device has an input means 10 for inputting a user's personal data, a counting means 22 for counting the number of steps of the walker, a CPU 20 for executing prescribed operations, and a display means 40 for selectively displaying the inputted values, counted values and operation values. The CPU 20 calculates the METS coefficient based on the actual number of steps counted by the counting means and the user's personal data inputted to the input means 10, then calculates the momentum based on the calculation, and the display means displays the momentum. The CPU 20 has a means 31 for calculating a set METS coefficient based on the maximum oxygen intake and the motion intensity supplied from the input means 10 or calculated based on the inputted value of the input means, and a means 34 for determining the motion level by comparing the METS coefficient and the set METS coefficient. The display means 40 has a means for displaying the motion level.
