PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new unsaturated double bond-containing fluorocopolymer excellent in long-term water-and oil-repellent properties and repeated stain- removing properties and curable in one pack by the action of light and/or heat, its manufacturing method, uses thereof as covering materials such as coatings, varnishes and the like. SOLUTION: The unsaturated double bond-containing fluorocopolymer is a reaction product of a hydroxy group-containing fluorocopolymer [A], obtained by copolymerizing as essential comonomers a fluoroolefin, a specific organosilicon compound and a specific hydroxy group-containing unsaturated ether compound each in a specific ratio, with an unsaturated isocyanate [B]. The unsaturated double bond-containing fluorocopolymer is obtained by reacting the hydroxy group-containing fluorocopolymer [A] with the unsaturated isocyanate [B] in such a ratio that the molar ratio of isocyanate group/hydroxy group is within 0.1-1.
