The invention relates to medicine and can be used for producing a bioactive substance from the blood serum of domestic animals and poultry. The inventive substance is used for curing or correcting an ear disturbance, a sexual activity, spatial memory, for stimulating the proliferation of brain embryo cells and also for treating Parkinson's disease.
