PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize stable and excellent injection electrification over a long term by stably and uniformly supplying conductive particles (electrification accelerating particles) 45 to an electrifying part (a) in an image forming device having no cleaner or an image forming device having a cleaning device where an image is formed by electrifying a body to be electrified (image carrier) 1 by direct injection electrification using the particles 45. SOLUTION: The conductive particles 45 are supplied to the contact electrifying part (a) from a transfer part (c). Namely, the particles 45 are supplied to the body to be electrified 1 from a transfer member 4 in a transfer electrifier and carried to the part (a) between an electrifying member 2 and the body 1 at paper non-passing time when the body 1 and the member 4 directly come into contact with each other, whereby the part (a) between the member 2 and the body 1 are successively replenished with the particles 45 and the stable direct injection electrification performance is achieved without a hindrance even in the case of long-term use. |
